2. Eligibility For Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The project has not yet been initiated
  • The service delivered does not match the agreed scope
  • Work has not been delivered within the committed timeframe without valid reason

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or incomplete information
  • Approval of completed work
  • Services that have already been substantially completed

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled midway, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed up to that point.

5. Revision Policy

We offer revisions as per the agreed project terms to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are not applicable if revision opportunities are declined.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and further action.
